## Description

Experteer Overview As a Lead Software Engineer - Full Stack, you will own end-to-end delivery of scalable, secure technology across frontend, backend, data/workflow, and database layers. You'll work within the Enterprise Technology - Network Services Team to design and deploy cloud-native solutions on Kubernetes, drive observability, and ensure performance and reliability for large-scale applications. You'll lead with hands-on coding, architecture decisions, and AI-assisted engineering practices to accelerate delivery. This role offers the chance to shape critical technology that supports the firm's objectives.
