## Description

Experteer Overview As SAP CX Solution Architect, you shape and deliver cloud-based CX solutions for clients, guiding strategic decisions and technical design across C4C and Sales & Service Cloud V2. You lead workshops, align business needs with SAP CX capabilities, and steer the project from discovery to go-live. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a coherent, high-impact solution. This role offers the chance to influence CX architecture at scale and drive successful CX transformations.
