## Description

Experteer Overview As a Staff Hardware Engineer, you will own sensor selection and safety compliance for MW/MWh-scale inverter and BESS solutions, collaborating with mechanical and embedded firmware teams. You'll drive hardware designs across power, sensing, and cooling systems to meet safety, performance, and cost targets, delivering production-ready solutions from concept to deployment. The role blends hardware, thermal, and electrical engineering to support utility-scale energy products for data centers. You will shape platform-level designs and mentor engineers, contributing to a sustainable energy future.
