The IT & Data Operations Specialist provides essential technical support and operational assistance to Republic Business Credit while contributing to foundational data management and AI initiatives. This hybrid role serves as the first point of contact for IT-related issues, manages day-to-day support requests, and will participate in implementing Snowflake and evaluating AI technologies. Working under the direction of the SVP IT & Project Manager, this position ensures employees have the tools and technical support needed to remain productive while helping advance RBC's data analytics capabilities and AI adoption strategy., IT Support & Operations Provide front-line technical support for hardware, software, and application issues independently diagnosing, prioritizing, and determining the appropriate resolution path for each issue. * Set up and maintain employee workstations and IT equipment * Manage password resets, access provisioning, and software installations * Monitor systems, and independently assess and triage security incidents and alerts, determining escalation path and remediation approach; maintain IT documentation including phishing emails and suspicious activities * Support employee security awareness by fielding questions and reinforcing best practices * Participate in security training programs and knowledge transfer sessions; evaluate content effectiveness and adapt approach based on risk profile.
