## Description

Experteer Overview In this role you lead a multi-disciplinary systems engineering team within FAST Labs to deliver mission-critical capabilities for the U.S. military. You will shape SE processes, guide talent development, and ensure program execution across design, testing, and integration. You'll drive adoption of advanced methods to boost efficiency and quality, while aligning work with corporate policies and the mission to protect those who protect us. The work blends leadership, technical excellence, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced defense environment.
