## Description

Experteer Overview As a Principal Software Engineer for Azure Storage Geo Replication, you shape the long-term strategy and technical direction for large-scale, geo-distributed data protection. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver resilient, region-spanning replication and recovery capabilities at exabyte scale. You'll advance operational excellence through telemetry, observability, and AI-enhanced engineering to improve service health. This role offers impact on a cornerstone cloud service and opportunities to influence Microsoft's cloud data resilience at planetary scale.
