## Description

Experteer Overview You will lead electrical field teams to ensure quality and progress against the project Master Schedule. As a Senior Electrical Superintendent, you mentor crews and coordinate subcontractors while enforcing plans, specs, and code requirements. The role blends hands-on site leadership with scheduling, safety, and QA/QC to deliver complex infrastructure projects. You work cross-functionally with PMs and field staff to keep projects on track across multiple locations. This is a travel-heavy opportunity with a strong safety culture and growth within a large, established construction organization.
