The successful candidate must communicate with equal effectiveness across the organization - from C-level executives and steering committees to entry-level business users, technical specialists, and near-shore software development teams. The role requires strong executive presence, practical technical acumen, and the ability to translate between business priorities and delivery realities. Core profile: PMP-certified IT project leader with strong Agile delivery experience, hands-on Jira proficiency, executive communication capability, and success coordinating near-shore development teams and enterprise software vendors. Key Responsibilities Project Leadership and Governance * Lead multiple concurrent IT projects from initiation through planning, execution, deployment, stabilization, and closeout. * Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, budgets, resource forecasts, communication plans, RAID logs, and executive dashboards. * Manage scope, timeline, budget, quality, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and change control. * Provide concise project health reporting and actionable recommendations to executive sponsors and governance bodies. Custom Software Development * Lead Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, or hybrid software development initiatives.
