## About the Role

What You'll Do

 * Collaborate with a team of technical support specialists within one of the organization's largest service centers, supporting thousands of users.
 * Perform essential system administration tasks for desktops and laptops running various operating systems.
 * Provide hands-on installation, troubleshooting, and technical support for a range of hardware, including desktops, laptops, monitors, and personal printers.
 * Offer remote assistance and phone support to efficiently resolve user issues.
 * Manage the deployment and reclamation of computer equipment, maintaining accurate records within the asset management database.
 * Document all work thoroughly in designated internal tools to ensure clear communication and historical tracking.
