Smadex is one of the fastest-growing DSPs, and we are adding talent to fuel our ambitious plans for **** and beyond.Your MissionWe are seeking a skilledSalesforce Admin & Developerto support and evolve our Salesforce platform across Smadex and Adwake. This hybrid role combines strong declarative configuration with custom development, supporting fast-moving operational teams across marketing, sales, and customer success.Reporting to the Salesforce Technical Architect, you'll work hands-on to maintain and improve our multi-org Salesforce setup. The ideal candidate will be technically solid, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying system improvements while executing reliably against sprint priorities.Your Tasks and ResponsibilitiesPlatform Setup & Maintenance:Configure and maintain core features including page layouts, record types, custom objects, and validation rules. You will also manage the security model (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules) and monitor system health and API usage.Automation & Optimization:Design and build Flow and Apex automation to streamline business processes, implementing approval processes and email alerts.
