This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of IT systems in a global, remote-first SaaS environment while delivering exceptional, white-glove support to end users across multiple regions and time zones. You will own the end-to-end employee technology experience across Windows and macOS environments, including endpoint management using Jamf and Microsoft Intune, identity and productivity platform administration, hardware procurement and logistics, and seamless onboarding and offboarding of employees.
