You will: + Design and build scalable backend services and APIs using C# and .NET. + Work with MongoDB Atlas, optimising data models and application performance. + Drive the reliability, deployment, and scalability of cloud-native services running on Azure and Kubernetes. + Develop data processing and calculation workflows using Python and modern dataframe technologies. + Contribute across the full stack, building user-facing functionality with React, TypeScript, and Redux. + Champion best practices in software quality, testing, code reviews, and maintainability. + Collaborate closely with Product, Architecture, and Engineering teams to shape solutions that deliver real client value. + Mentor engineers, raise technical standards, and help foster a culture of continuous improvement. + Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery and enhance engineering effectiveness.
