We are seeking a talented individual to join the team as Application Capability Owner for Global Payroll Applications. We are looking for someone with deep hands-on expertise in implementing and managing Payroll applications, who are enthusiastic about driving efficiency, fostering an innovation culture in software development lifecycle practices. You will play a pivotal role in ongoing Payroll transformation and will be responsible for guiding the implementation with our partners, maintenance, optimization, and innovation of our systems, ensuring they align with our business objectives and deliver exceptional value to our employees worldwide. Our team is committed to driving continuous improvement through various programs and initiatives. We focus on: + Global governance of Payroll solutions. + Strategic alignment on the technology solutions deployed across the business units. + Technology solutioning, technical evaluations of best of the breed solutions available on the market.
