## About the Role

* Large financial ERP implementation experience (D365 Business Central highly preferred)
 * Project Recovery or turn around experience- will be walking into a mess mid-project
 * Executive stakeholder management across Finance/IT/SI/Vendor Management

Required:

 * Large financial ERP implementation or migration experience
 * Complex systems integration experience
 * Project recovery or turnaround experience
 * SI/vendor management
 * Strong finance and accounting process knowledge
 * Executive stakeholder management across Finance and IT
 * Detailed project planning, RAID management, and status reporting
 * Ability to operate independently with minimal oversight

Preferred:

 * Dynamics 365 Business Central or Great Plains (migrating from Great Plains to Business Central)
 * Post-acquisition systems integration
 * International entity and AR/AP data migration
 * CargoWise, WorldTrak, TMS, or logistics experience
 * Monday.com

Dynamics experience is preferred, but more focused on financial ERP integration experience and the ability to recover an at-risk implementation.
