The Opportunity As a Data & AI Governance & Ethics Lead, you will provide governance, quality, integrity and timeliness of operational data for the Association. You will monitor the use of data to ensure careful control and effective use to achieve Association objectives while leading cross-functional teams in the development of information and data governance initiatives. You will monitor and interpret emerging AI regulations, legislation, regulatory guidance, and industry standards, including state-level AI laws, and other requirements impacting the use and deployment of AI. We offer a flexible work environment that requires an individual to be in the office 4 days per week. This position can be based in one of the following locations: San Antonio, TX, Plano, TX, Phoenix, AZ, Colorado Springs, CO, or Charlotte, NC. Relocation assistance is not available for this position. What you'll do: * Use advanced data management domain knowledge of people, process, technologies, audit and risk in the context of the business, to drive adherence to information/data management governance activities, projects and approaches that are compliant with established policies and standards.
