This role is a unique entry point into the world of Ad Experimentation, sitting at the intersection of premium content and a high-scale revenue engine. What You Will Do * Support the Ads Roadmap: Work with a manager and other analysts to design and analyze A/B tests that balance the user experience with key revenue goals. * Partner with Ads product teams to shape meaningful questions, define success metrics, and guide decision-making throughout the product development lifecycle, from early ideation to post-launch evaluation. * Be a Process Thinker: We value fresh eyes.
