## About the Role

* 5+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst role.
 * Experience managing and prioritizing product backlogs within Jira.
 * Experience delivering enterprise integrations, APIs, system interfaces, or data-centric solutions.
 * Demonstrated ability to facilitate discussions between technical and business stakeholders.
 * Experience writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria.
 * Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
 * Experience working within Agile product delivery environments.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience supporting airline, operations, workforce management, or Crew-related systems.
 * Familiarity with Crew Records, Crew Scheduling, Crew Pay, or broader Crew operations platforms.
 * Experience collaborating with third-party software vendors and integration partners.
 * Understanding of API-based integrations and middleware technologies.
 * Experience working in scaled Agile environments.
 * Product Owner, Scrum, or Agile certifications.

## Description

* Serve as the Product Owner for integration products and capabilities supporting Crew Records and broader Crew Technology platforms.
 * Partner with business stakeholders, engineers, architects, vendors, and delivery teams to define product outcomes and priorities.
 * Facilitate discovery and refinement discussions to understand business needs, integration opportunities, and customer impacts.
 * Own and maintain a prioritized product backlog in Jira, aligning it with business value and strategic objectives.
 * Create and refine epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
 * Collaborate with Agile teams during planning, backlog refinement, and other Scrum events.
 * Make informed tradeoff decisions that balance customer needs, operational requirements, and business value.
 * Support testing, validation, release readiness, and adoption activities for new integrations.
 * Foster alignment across multiple product, engineering, and business teams.
 * Communicate product vision, priorities, and progress to stakeholders and leadership.
