This role collaborates with business development teams, clients, and executive stakeholders to identify business requirements, develop solution strategies, support solution selling efforts, and ensure successful implementation. The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen, technical expertise, and strategic thinking to deliver innovative solutions that align with organizational and client objectives., * 8+ years of overall experience in Big Data, Database and Enterprise Data architecture, Delivery and Programming proficiency in a Subset of Python, Java, and Scala * 5+ years of experience Architecting, Developing, Releasing, and Maintaining Enterprise Data Lake Platforms, Building Solutions on Distributed Processing Frameworks such as Spark, Hadoop * 3+ years of experience Implementing Cloud-Based Systems. AWS and Cloudera/Databricks preferred * Strong SQL skills to create/maintain DB Objects, query/load required data using data governance (e.g. business glossary, data dictionary, data catalog, data quality, master data management, etc.) and visualization tools to bring data literacy to the organization. * Broad knowledge of Data Technologies, Tools, and Disciplines including Data Modeling, Dimensional Models, Third-Normal-Form Structures, ETL/ELT, Change Data Capture and Slowly Changing Dimensions ## Description * Coordinates routine aspects of solution development and architecture and management processes. Interfaces with business developers, account managers, competency managers, and executive management on routine aspects of solution development to increase company productivity and profits. * Oversees use of strategic solutions and offerings by the business development community. Participates in solution selling activities to ensure that marketing plans align with sales and launch plans. * Assists management in researching existing business environment including trends, best practices and company preferred architectural frameworks and alliances to ensure that company services match business trends. * Facilitates reduced risks to client and company; participates in solution business plan creation; assists in preparing financial models to ensure that client interests are met and potential business opportunities are established.
