* Bachelor s degree required; equivalent experience may be considered.
 * Experience with data collection, data entry, or research.
 * Strong Microsoft Office skills.
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 * Ability to work with confidential information.
 * Strong organizational and time-management skills.
 * Familiarity with criminal history records and court documents is preferred., Preferred Experience: Triple I records, probable cause affidavits, conviction/sentencing documents, presentence investigation reports, court orders, criminal justice systems, or law enforcement records.

## Description

We are looking for a Data Collection Specialist to support a state government division responsible for criminal and offender registration records., * Research and collect court and criminal history documents.

 * Review and interpret court records and legal information.
 * Enter accurate information into government databases and web portals.
 * Communicate with courts and local/state law enforcement agencies.
 * Research and resolve missing or conflicting information.
 * Handle confidential and sensitive criminal justice information.
 * Maintain accurate records while managing multiple assignments.
