Reporting directly to the EVP & CIO, this role is accountable for the leadership, performance, optimization, and modernization of the clinical application portfolio, with a major near-term focus on leading the full migration from existing EMR platforms to a new strategic EMR partner. This executive will oversee the application stack across hospitals and related care settings, ensuring systems are aligned to clinical, operational, financial, regulatory, and transformation priorities. The role is responsible for application strategy, EMR transformation, interoperability, application lifecycle management, application rationalization, governance, and ongoing support and optimization of clinical systems. The Vice President, Applications & Transformation will also serve as a strategic partner to business, clinical, and service line leadership across the enterprise. This role will establish direct relationships across all service lines to define long-term application strategy and roadmaps, identify short-term continuous improvement opportunities, and ensure technology capabilities are aligned to business priorities, operational needs, clinician workflows, and growth objectives.
