Experteer Overview In this role you will design, develop, and maintain software for the Automatic Tank Gauge platform, applying modern tech stacks to solve real-world fueling domain challenges. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that scale, while promoting agile practices. This is an opportunity to mentor juniors and shape impactful software across product lines. You will join a mission-driven team focused on delivering value and advancing fuel management tech at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Design, develop, and deploy software solutions for the Automated Tank Gauge and related platforms * Evaluate and apply newer technology stacks to advance the team's capabilities * Leverage Agile methodologies to improve team performance and delivery * Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, QA, and other teams to create game-changing solutions * Mentor junior engineers on design and coding best practices and new technologies Tasks * 5-7 years of OO software development experience * Proficiency with C++ or Java * Project leadership experience preferred * Experience with continuous integration and automated test technologies is useful * Experience with REST APIs and JSON is useful * Experience with AWS or Azure and related services is useful Key requirements * medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance * 401(k) plan with company matching * paid time off * 13 holidays including 3 floating holidays * paid parental leave
