## Description

Experteer Overview In this role, you will build Java backend services powering TeamViewer Tia for end users and integrate AI-driven capabilities with reliable, scalable systems. You will shape architecture where AI behavior meets business logic, ensure safety and security, and mentor peers in AI-native engineering. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver performant, trustworthy AI-assisted experiences in production. This is a hands-on position with impact on how users interact with AI at work.
