As a remote-based field resource, you will deliver advisory and technical services for Nexthink products, ensuring customer expectations are met or exceeded in terms of technical execution and business impact. This role extends beyond implementation. You will engage regularly with customer stakeholders to define business challenges, design outcome-driven use cases, and guide solution adoption to improve digital employee experience and overall business operations. By combining consultative engagement with hands-on configuration, you will help customers embed Nexthink into their operational workflows and realize measurable value. This position requires a dedicated and enthusiastic professional with strong technical, analytical, and communication skills, capable of establishing and maintaining trusted advisor status.
