 * Experience implementing Responsive designs (adjusting to desktop vs. tablet vs. mobile displays)
 * Reactive design, as in smooth two-way event flow as in React.js, Angular.js, Backbone.js, Ember.js
 * HTML/CSS (SASS is a plus, SEO is a plus)
 * JavaScript/JQuery
 * Web Application experience - using templates and dynamic content on top of a web application framework such as one of the following:
