## About the Role

* 8+ years of IT expericne in Data analysis and modeling
 * Experience using Data Modeling tools such As Erwin
 * Experience in working and creating 3rd Normal Forms ( ODS) and Dimensional models ( OLAP)
 * Skilled in authoring technical documentation and performing reviews, design, data manipulation, and creative problem solving
 * Strong experience in CRM systems ( esp in SFDC , Customer MDM , Eloqua, CPQ )
 * Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
 * Must have excellent client-facing skills; solid teamwork and interpersonal skills; strong ability to work independently when appropriate
 * Interacts and/or negotiates effectively with external and/or internal customers at all levels
 * Experience in large data warehouse implementations is a must
 * Experience in Netezza or Oracle is a plus
 * Strong experience in using SQL
 * Ability to work independently or collaboratively
 * Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Education:

 * MS/BS degree in a computer science field or related discipline

## Description

* Responsible for transforming business information into logical/physical data models esp for CRM/ Customer 360 Environment
 * Develop and document conceptual logical data model and document business vocabulary for the base and semantic layers.
 * Collaborate on developing/document modeling standards, processes and best practices.
 * Adhere to the standards and provide recommendations for changes
