 * Proficiency with any of these CFD software packages: Cadence Reality DC Pro (formerly 6Sigma Room). Star CCM+, FloVENT, FloTHERM

 * Proficiency with Microsoft Excel

 * Proficiency in technical writing and presentation of technical information

 * Proficiency with generating compelling data visualizations

 * Solid grasp of engineering first principles

 * Effective presentation and communication skills

 * A constant curiosity and desire to improve

 * Possess a positive attitude

Ideally, you'll also have:

 * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering

 * Visual Basic, Python, or other programming skills

 * Portfolio of previous work
