## Description

More advanced DBA support within enterprise environment
Must-Haves:

 * Oracle RAC
 * Oracle Exadata
 * Oracle GoldenGate (big priority)
 * Experience supporting both on-prem and OCI environments, * Rotational on-call (not overly heavy but must be reliable)
 * Tier 1 support is offshore (Philippines)
 * This team = Tier 2 escalation
 * Expectations when on-call:

 * Respond within ~15 minutes
 * Jump in quickly on business-impacting issues
 * Help drive resolution + root cause analysis

Additional Notes:

 * Backups and recovery reliability are a major focus area
 * Candidates should be comfortable troubleshooting performance issues proactively
 * Certifications (Oracle DBA) + CS degree are nice to have, not required
