Experience in these areas is a plus: * GitHub actions and CI/CD pipelines * Managing Tomcat on a Redhat Linux server * Employing AI with development workflows * Power Platform (Power Apps, Automate, etc.) * Power BI (or other Business Intelligence tools) * SQL Server Integration Service (SSIS) (or other ETL tools), Four (4) years of computer programming experience utilizing higher level languages including two (2) years at the Programmer Analyst level or equivalent -OR- a Bachelors Degree in Computer Sciences including two (2) years at the Programmer Analyst level or equivalent. A Masters Degree in Computer Science may be substituted for one (1) year of programming experience. ## Description The Maine Office of Information Technology's Application Development team is seeking a Senior Programmer Analyst to help build and support software applications for the Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife and other departments. The selected individual will work with a team of other dedicated developers to maintain the MOSES suite of applications and to develop new applications where needed. This position offers the opportunity to work first-hand on the development and maintenance of IT systems supporting the State's natural resources agencies using the Oracle technology stack. Hybrid Work Opportunity - The employee in this position currently can work from home as much as 90% of the time provided the work is performed within the State of Maine.
