Experteer Overview In this role you lead the AMER Solutions Consulting team, aligning technical depth with business context to showcase Figma's platform to flagship enterprises. You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Customer Experience, and Support to shape consultative strategies that unlock value and accelerate growth. You'll scale the Solutions Consulting function and contribute to evolving the enterprise go-to-market motion. This full-time role can be based in a US hub or remote within the United States. You will drive impact by mentoring the team, defining strategic programs, and engaging with executive audiences.
