Experteer Overview Lead Platform engineering role focused on shaping the core backend and architecture for scale. You will collaborate with ML and data teams to deploy compute-heavy workflows and evolve scalable services. You'll mentor engineers, drive architecture decisions, and own cloud-native infrastructure. This is a mission-driven opportunity to impact high-volume AI-powered platforms across cross-functional teams. Compensation / Benefits * Design and build scalable backend systems and microservices * Define architecture across APIs, data models, and service boundaries * Develop cloud-native infrastructure using AWS, containers, and infrastructure-as-code * Collaborate with ML and data teams to deploy compute-heavy workflows into production * Lead code reviews and mentor engineers Tasks * Strong backend experience with Python and frameworks such as Django or FastAPI * Experience designing distributed systems and cloud architectures (AWS preferred) * Hands-on experience with a
