You will create Lambda-based services, integrate with Amazon Connect and Lex, and connect contact center workflows to CRM and backend systems. Your work enables secure, scalable IVR and self-service experiences. This role offers you the chance to shape modern, resilient serverless solutions in a collaborative environment.
