This technical leadership role is responsible for guiding software engineering teams while driving database modernization, DevSecOps initiatives, cloud adoption, and enterprise application development supporting secure DISA environments. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience leading Agile software development teams, designing modern enterprise architectures, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and delivering scalable, secure software solutions across complex government environments., Lead software engineering teams in the design, development, and delivery of secure enterprise applications. Architect and modernize enterprise database solutions supporting cloud migration and hybrid environments. Translate mission objectives and product backlog priorities into technical roadmaps and sprint deliverables. Design and implement scalable, resilient, and secure database architectures. Lead development of secure APIs, data integration solutions, and enterprise data pipelines. Develop and maintain DevSecOps pipelines utilizing GitLab, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform, and related automation tools.
