Professional skills you will use: * Microsoft certificate(s) including: Microsoft Office Specialist, Microsoft Excel Expert, Microsoft PowerPoint Associate, Microsoft PowerBI Certificate and/or Microsoft PowerBi Data Analyst Certificate * Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work and exercise independent judgment * Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze situations, identify existing or potential problems, and recommend solutions * Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to carry out oral and written instructions thoroughly * Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders in both public and private settings and negotiate outcomes * Sound business ethics, including the protection of proprietary and confidential information * Interpersonal skills including courtesy, professionalism, and a cooperative attitude ## Description The Senior Technical Specialist will support our demand-side management teams on the delivery of energy efficiency and electrification programs in Southern California. The Senior Technical Specialist will work closely with a cross-functional team including program implementation, operations, IT, engineering, and reporting personnel. This position will actively participate in client and management level reporting, including leading presentations to clients and management.
