## Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Developer with strong AWS and Python expertise to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable cloud-based applications. Based in Atlanta, GA, this role will combine deep technical hands-on work with leadership responsibilities, guiding a team of developers while partnering with business stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions., Technical Leadership

 * Lead architecture, design, and development of applications using Python and AWS services

 * Establish and enforce coding standards, development best practices, and design patterns

 * Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality, maintainable code

 * Drive technical decisions and provide strategic direction for engineering initiatives

AWS Cloud Development

 * Design and implement scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions on AWS

 * Work with AWS services such as:

o Lambda, ECS, EKS

o API Gateway

o S3, DynamoDB, RDS, Aurora

o CloudFormation / Terraform (IaC)

 * Optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, reliability, and cost

Software Development

 * Develop robust backend systems using Python (FastAPI, Flask, Django)

 * Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices architectures

 * Lead the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)

DevOps & Automation

 * Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline)

 * Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana)

 * Collaborate closely with DevOps and infrastructure teams
