Passion for creating exceptional customer experiences through data-driven product decisions. ## Description This client is seeking a high level Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of customer engagement capabilities across our CRM ecosystem. This individual will play a critical role in shaping how millions of customers interact with the 7-Eleven brand through personalized, data-driven experiences across digital channels. This is a true Product Management role. We are looking for someone who has successfully owned customer-facing products, driven roadmap decisions, partnered closely with engineering teams, and delivered measurable improvements in customer engagement within a large-scale B2C environment. This is not a CRM administrator, marketing operations, Salesforce configuration, or project management position. Key Responsibilities Own and execute the CRM product strategy and multi-year roadmap aligned to business objectives and customer engagement goals. Define, prioritize, and deliver product features that improve customer acquisition, retention, loyalty, and engagement. Partner with business, marketing, analytics, engineering, and UX teams to identify opportunities and deliver customer-centric solutions. Translate business needs into product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans. Lead discovery efforts including customer research, stakeholder interviews, and data analysis to identify product opportunities. Analyze customer engagement metrics and campaign performance to drive product decisions and optimization strategies. Evaluate current CRM capabilities, identify platform inefficiencies, and develop scalable enterprise solutions. Manage end-to-end product delivery from concept through launch and post-launch optimization. Present recommendations, roadmaps, business cases, and product performance updates to leadership.
