You will work cross-functionally to define evaluation criteria, manage model context and retrieval strategies, and drive production-readiness with performance controls. You will help shape how agents call tools, reason across tasks, and ensure quality through systematic iteration. This is an impactful position at a scale where AI accelerates digital workplace outcomes, impacting millions of users and hundreds of thousands of customers.
