## Description

We're seeking an experienced Database Administrator who combines deep SQL Server expertise with hands-on Azure experience and a passion for securing and optimizing critical enterprise data environments.

This is an opportunity to join a collaborative technology team where you'll play a key role in designing, securing, automating, and supporting business-critical database platforms.

What You'll Be Doing

 * Managing and optimizing SQL Server environments both on-prem and in Azure
 * Administering Azure SQL Database and Azure SQL Managed Instance
 * Supporting Always On Availability Groups and disaster recovery solutions
 * Driving performance tuning, query optimization, and database monitoring
 * Implementing security controls including encryption, RBAC, Azure AD integration, and governance standards
 * Automating DBA processes with PowerShell and Azure automation tools
 * Supporting cloud migration initiatives and modernization projects
 * Collaborating with development, infrastructure, and security teams
