 * 5 6 years of experience with MySQL database administration.
 * 5 6 years of experience with PHP application environments and Microservices development.
 * 5 6 years of experience with OIDC/SAML integration.
 * Experience coordinating software upgrades and vendor support.
 * Experience with REDCap administration and API integrations.
 * Hands-on experience with AWS services including EC2, S3, VPC, and Security Groups.
 * Experience with Apache/Nginx web servers, REST APIs, SSL/TLS certificates, and Identity & Access Management.
 * Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
 * Excellent communication and documentation skills.
 * Bachelor's degree required.

Preferred Skills:

 * Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, or Single Sign-On (SSO).
 * Experience with HIPAA compliance and application security.
 * Experience with ServiceNow or other enterprise ticketing tools.
 * Knowledge of DevOps practices and automation.
 * Experience with Python scripting, SQL Server Agent, SSIS, and Twilio/SMS integrations.
 * AWS Cloud Practitioner, SysOps Administrator, or Solutions Architect certification is a plus.
