 + SAS platform

## Description

+ Assist with installation, licensing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of software and applications

 + Support user account creation, access permissions, and group memberships

Projects, Documentation & Process

 + Support IT projects as assigned (upgrades, rollouts, implementations)

 + Create and maintain clear documentation for incidents, projects, and inventory

 + Contribute to continual improvement of IT processes and service delivery
