REQUIRED MINIMUM EXPERIENCE Minimum of three (3) years of progressive experience in clinical, financial, integration, analytics, or other healthcare operations. REQUIRED MINIMUM SKILLS * Proven experience as an IT Systems Analyst or equivalent role * Experience in a hospital or rehabilitation setting preferred PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Prior experience managing or leading a clinical and/or ancillary applications team * Operational or IT experience supporting clinical or ancillary areas such as Lab, Pharmacy, or Radiology/Imaging, and/or integration/interface work * Experience with ServiceNow platform * Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio) ## Description The Information Systems Epic Application Manager manages and coordinates the daily activities of an IS Clinical/Ancillary Analyst team responsible for the design, build, testing, validation, maintenance, and ongoing support of Epic applications. This role requires both strong people leadership and hands-on Epic build expertise. The IS Epic Application Manager develops and maintains deep knowledge of clinical and ancillary workflows, as well as system functionality, to effectively support operational needs. The manager serves as a translator between technical and operational teams - communicating complex concepts in a way that is meaningful to analysts, department leaders, and end users. This role leads workflow design and system build in alignment with both clinical and ancillary requirements.
