Preferred Qualifications * Experience scheduling data center, semiconductor, healthcare, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, power, or other mission-critical facilities. * Experience with commissioning schedules and integrated systems testing. * Certification such as PSP, PMI-SP, or AACE certification. * Experience with cost-loaded schedules, earned value, resource loading, or project controls systems. * Familiarity with BIM coordination, 4D scheduling, or platforms such as Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Primavera Cloud, or similar systems. * Experience supporting projects valued at $100 million or more. * Prior experience working for a general contractor, construction manager, or major specialty contractor. ## Description The Senior Scheduler will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing detailed construction schedules for large-scale data center projects. This role will work closely with project management, field supervision, engineering, procurement, subcontractors, vendors, and the owner's representatives to ensure project activities are properly sequenced, accurately forecasted, and completed on schedule.
