You provide strategic guidance, hands-on support, and develop the program with a team of Safety Coordinators. You drive safety improvements using leading and lagging indicators while balancing uptime with robust risk controls. This is a chance to shape safety culture and deliver measurable impact in high-risk data center contexts.
