## Description

Experteer Overview As Staff Machine Learning Engineer, you will shape the technical direction of NewsBreak's recommendation systems and AI initiatives. You'll lead scalable architectures, drive model lifecycle practices, and coordinate with product, infra, and data teams to align tech with business goals. You'll own complex retrieval, ranking, and multi-objective optimization projects, and champion AI-native development practices. This role offers impact across large-scale personalization, AI adoption, and mentorship within a fast-growing, innovative environment.
