## Description

Experteer Overview As Lead Architect, you define and deliver end-to-end solution architecture for complex client and internal initiatives, guiding multiple teams toward scalable, secure, and maintainable cloud solutions. You stay close to code, validate architectural decisions, and establish engineering guardrails to ensure architectural quality and strong production outcomes. You engage with executive stakeholders, mentor engineers, and drive modernization programs in a hands-on, collaborative environment.
