This senior technical leadership position is responsible for leading software engineering teams, driving enterprise architecture decisions, and delivering secure, scalable software solutions supporting critical DISA missions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading Agile development teams, implementing DevSecOps best practices, overseeing full software development lifecycles, and mentoring engineering teams while delivering complex enterprise applications within secure government environments., Provide technical leadership for multiple Agile software development teams delivering enterprise solutions. Translate mission objectives and product backlog priorities into technical roadmaps and sprint deliverables. Design, develop, and integrate secure APIs, enterprise applications, and data integration solutions. Lead implementation of DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and software release management.
