The Opportunity As a Data Governance & Compliance Lead, you will provide governance, quality, integrity and timeliness of operational data for the Association. You will establish and enforce Association data policies, standards, practices and processes according to best practices and monitor the use of data to ensure careful control and effective use to achieve Association objectives. You will direct the development of strategies, policies, principles, procedures, standards and metrics and serve as a coach and mentor providing guidance to cross-functional team members to ensure success in achieving business objectives. We offer a flexible work environment that requires an individual to be in the office 4 days per week. This position can be based in one of the following locations: San Antonio, TX, Plano, TX, Phoenix, AZ, Colorado Springs, CO, or Charlotte, NC. Relocation assistance is not available for this position. What you'll do: * Use advanced data management domain knowledge of people, process, technologies, audit and risk in the context of the business, to drive adherence to information/data management governance activities, projects and approaches that are compliant with established policies and standards.
