 * Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently and collaboratively
 * 6 years of experience in Technical Accessibility
 * Bachelor's Degree in Assistive Technology, User Experience, Information Technology, Information Design, or related field., * IAAP CPACC certification
 * Experience with ARIA, semantic HTML, and JavaScript accessibility techniques
 * Background in UX, UI, interaction design, or accessibility research

As a Senior Technical Accessibility Specialist, you will partner across product, design, engineering, and business teams to ensure inclusive and accessible experiences for all users while advancing innovation, usability, and student success., * Provide technical leadership and strategic direction for accessibility across platforms and products

 * Lead audits and accessibility testing to ensure compliance with WCAG standards
 * Develop and execute remediation plans to address accessibility gaps
 * Partner with designers, engineers, and product managers to embed accessibility into product development
 * Create and maintain accessibility guidelines, processes, and documentation
 * Mentor team members and provide training on accessibility best practices and ADA awareness
 * Manage multiple complex accessibility initiatives and drive continuous improvement
