Balancing (Ledger/Billing), * Anticipate bottlenecks and manage escalations.

 * Make tradeoffs while balancing customer safety, business needs, and technical constraints.
 * Drive complex field quality investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action programs.
 * Improve problem-solving velocity across Operations and Engineering teams.
 * Establish and maintain pre- and post-launch risk visibility frameworks.
 * Identify, assess, track, and mitigate product safety risks and field quality issues.
 * Escalate and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Daily Activities

 * Manage quality and safety programs.
 * Work toward program goals.
 * Assess product safety risks.
 * Adhere to SLAs.
 * Create and maintain written documentation and communications.

Additional Responsibilities

 * Interact with Project Sponsors, Technical Program Managers, Quality Engineers, Safety Engineers, and cross-functional teams.
 * Lead field quality and safety initiatives from planning through execution.
