This role requires a delivery-focused leader who can successfully manage complex programs, competing priorities, vendors, and distributed teams while maintaining accountability for scope, schedule, budget, quality, and business outcomes., Project Leadership & Governance * Lead multiple concurrent IT projects through the full project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, deployment, stabilization, and closeout. * Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, resource forecasts, communication plans, RAID logs, and executive dashboards. * Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, quality standards, dependencies, risks, issues, and change control processes. * Provide regular project health reporting and strategic recommendations to executive sponsors and governance committees. * Ensure alignment between project objectives and business outcomes. Custom Software Development * Lead Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, or hybrid software development initiatives. * Coordinate efforts across product owners, business analysts, architects, developers, QA teams, security, infrastructure, and business stakeholders. * Facilitate Agile ceremonies including: + Sprint Planning + Backlog Refinement + Daily Stand-Ups + Sprint Reviews + Retrospectives + Release Planning * Drive accountability, transparency, and delivery excellence across near-shore development teams. * Support production deployments and release management activities.
