This role designs tailored enablement strategies, leads workshops autonomously, and identifies systemic blockers impacting customer outcomes. Key stakeholders include About the role: Account Solution Architects (ASAs), Customer Success Executives (CSEs), and product teams, with regular engagement to align adoption efforts with business goals.
